Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy:
(a) Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at the salon.
(b) To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $40.00 is required.
(c) The booking fee will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of the appointment.
(d) In the event of late arrival, the salon reserves the right to adjust the appointment duration or reschedule.
(e) Clients are encouraged to notify the salon of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Payment:
(a) Full payment is due at the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
(b) Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified by the salon.
(c) All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
(a) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in your booking fee being non-refundable.
(b) Clients may reschedule appointments without incurring additional fees, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
(c) No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked services.

Refunds:
(a) Refunds for services rendered are not offered.
(b) In the case of dissatisfaction with a service, clients are encouraged to communicate their concerns to the salon within 48 hours for a potential resolution.

Client Responsibilities:
(a) Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant information that may affect the provision of services.
(b) Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared for their appointments, following any pre-service instructions provided by the salon.

Service Quality:
(a) The salon strives to provide high-quality services, and every effort is made to meet client expectations.
(b) If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they are encouraged to communicate their concerns promptly to the salon for resolution.

Safety and Hygiene:
(a) The salon adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards.
(b) Clients are required to follow any safety instructions provided by the salon professionals.

Appointment Confirmation:
(a) Clients may receive appointment reminders via email, phone, or text.
(b) It is the client's responsibility to confirm or reschedule the appointment if necessary.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The salon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Indemnity:
By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The client further agrees to indemnify and hold the salon and its staff harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction with the services.
